When can I expect my order?

Great question! Our shipping usually takes 4-6 business days.

Made a little slip-up? Can I change my order?

Because of hygeine standards, we're not able to change or exchange any HapeeBum™ orders once they have been dispatched. But our team hello@hapeebum.com are always happy to chat.

What if my order turns up a bit of a bum-mer?

If your TP arrives squished, squashed, or just not in their best-dressed, don't stress. Snap a few quick pic's of the mishapand and send to hello@hapeebum.com

How do I keep tabs on my order?

Of course you can! Once your order hits the road, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I order items to be delivered outside the USA?

Right now HapeeBum™ TP only travels within the USA. Not to panic, we will be launching to other countries soon!

Is my packaging recyclable?

You bet! Every HapeeBum™ wrapper and box is 100% recyclable. But here's the fun bit - our wrappers are made with creativity in mind (perfect for coloring, crafts, story telling, and DIY fun) and our boxes are built for big projects like fort-building. With HapeeBum™, nothing goes to waste (besides the obvious) unless you want it to.
