• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except:

• Items must be returned securely (original packaging preferred but not required)
• There are no restocking fees

To maintain hygiene and product integrity:
• Items must be unused or minimally used
• If more than 25% of the product has been used, we may decline the return unless required by law
• Opened or unsealed hygiene products may not be eligible for return unless faulty
Fair Use Policy:
We aim to be generous but fair:
• If a product is tried once and you are not satisfied, we will honour a refund
• Repeated refund requests for the same product based on preference may be declined
Faulty or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official HapeeBum™ website.
If you purchased through a retailer, marketplace, or third-party platform, their returns policy will apply.
