By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@hapeebum.com.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal dates, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout.

For California residents, this section is intended to comply with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).

SECTION 4 – PRICING, BILLING & TAXES

Prices:

•    may exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk transfers to you once goods are handed to the carrier.

HapeeBum™, associated logos, branding elements, educational wrapper concepts, graphics, slogans, and content are trademarks and intellectual property owned by HapeeBum™.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites.

Use is at your own risk.

SECTION 7A – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISING

Our Services may integrate with or utilize third-party platforms and technologies including Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, Google, and analytics or advertising providers.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or functionality of third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.
